Terms & Conditions
These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your booking one of our Group Trips and/or Retreats. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them.
These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between Adventure Babe Retreats LLC, and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services, other than as expressed herein.
The contract and booking is made with, and services will be provided by Adventure Babe Retreats LLC. By booking a Group Trip and/or retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship, the cancellation policy, and limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all disputes.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Payments Directly Through Adventure Babe Retreats
For all our Group Trips and Retreats, securing your booking requires a non-refundable deposit per person along with the submission of our online booking form. This deposit secures your spot on the retreat and covers non-refundable essentials, such as accommodation reservations and domestic flights.
Deposit and Full Payment Schedule
You may book a Group Trip or Retreat with a deposit until 45 days before the start date. Full payment is now due no later than 45 days prior to the start of the event. After this point, deposit options are no longer available.
Late Booking After the 45-Day Window
If you register after the 45-day mark before the start date, a one-time full payment will be required upon booking.
Balance Payment
If you’ve paid a deposit prior to the 45-day deadline, your remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before your event begins. Failure to make full payment by this date may result in cancellation of your spot without refund.
Cancellation of Booking
If the final balance is not received by the due date, Adventure Babe Retreats LLC reserves the right to cancel your booking and forfeit your deposit.

Payment Methods
Deposits and full payments can be made with all major credit cards via PayPal.
REFUND / CANCELLATION
Written Notice Required: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email) and will only be considered valid once acknowledged by Adventure Babe Retreats LLC in writing (via email).
Non-Refundable Deposit
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, personal reasons, travel delays, illness, or changes in plans.
Cancellations More Than 45 Days Prior to Departure
If a cancellation request is submitted more than 45 days before the scheduled group trip start date, you will be eligible to receive a refund of 50% of all payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations Within 45 Days of Departure
Any cancellation made 45 days or less prior to the group trip start date is not eligible for any refund, including all payments made.
Travel Insurance Recommendation:
we highly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This coverage should include trip cancellation, curtailment, flight delays, medical emergencies, and any other unforeseen events. Travel insurance is the only way to protect your investment should you be unable to attend or complete the event.
CANCELLATION OF A GROUP TRIP OR RETREAT BY ADVENTURE BABE RETREATS LLC
Adventure Babe Retreats LLC reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason, but will not cancel an event less than 30 days before the start date except for unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside Adventure Babe Retreats LLC's control. When a retreat is canceled by Adventure Babe Retreats LLC before the agreed date of departure, the Client can either:

Transfer their deposit to another event taking place within one calendar year, or

Receive a full refund of all monies paid under the contract.
Adventure Babe Retreats LLC is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the booking such as visas or non-refundable flights.
TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE
Adventure Babe Retreats LLC recommends Clients obtain travel medical insurance that covers personal injury and emergency medical expenses.
It is strongly recommended the coverage be extended to include cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience occurring during travel.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
The Client must be in possession of a valid passport (valid for at least six months past return date), all visas, permits, certificates, and insurance policies required for the entire journey. The Client accepts full responsibility for obtaining all necessary documents prior to departure.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients acknowledge that travel can present certain risks, dangers, and physical challenges beyond those encountered in daily life. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health and fitness for the event.
SUPPLIERS & INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
Some services provided by Adventure Babe Retreats LLC may be arranged through independent suppliers. While we strive to select reputable partners, Adventure Babe Retreats LLC is not responsible for the performance of third-party services.
SAFETY & TRIP ENJOYMENT
Clients must comply with all rules and regulations imposed by Adventure Babe Retreats LLC and its guides. Any Client who poses a risk to themselves, others, or the environment may be removed from the event without a refund.
HEALTH & FITNESS
Some Group Trips and Retreats may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform Adventure Babe Retreats LLC of any relevant health issues in advance.
PHOTOS, VIDEO, AND CONTENT CREATION
By attending a retreat, Clients grant Adventure Babe LLC permission to use any photos or videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
RETREAT ITINERARY CHANGES
Adventure Babe Retreats LLC reserves the right to alter retreat itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather, safety concerns, or external conditions beyond our control.
LIABILITY
Adventure Babe Retreats LLC is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries sustained by Clients due to unforeseen events, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our control.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
Clients acknowledge the inherent risks involved in travel and adventure activities and assume full responsibility for their participation.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
UPDATING OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
Adventure Babe Retreats LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest terms before booking.
